Melinda has always had a passion for jewelry and a love of design. After
many years working as a marketing consultant and graphic designer, she
decided to combine her knowledge, talents and creative energies in 2006
to develop a unique line of custom jewelry. Often asked what inspires her,
she has no simple answer. Many times the stones ‘speak for themselves’.
With their unusual shapes, colors and natural imperfections they create their
own beauty. Whatever the inspiration, Melinda is always developing new ideas
and learning innovative and different techniques to make Set In Stone Designs
stand out from the rest! Melinda Stone lives in the beautiful beachside community
of Oceanside, CA with her husband, Gordon and their “boy” Max (the wonder dog).
